We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR and Admin Coordinator to join our team at Sirali Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff record management.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, etc.).
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and office supplies.
Serve as a liaison between the restaurant staff and management for HR and administrative matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety standards.
Assist in organizing staff training, team events, and employee engagement activities.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Immediate availability to join.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
