We are looking for a highly organized Sales Coordinator who has strong sales coordination skills. The role involves supporting the sales team, managing customer data, tracking sales performance, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams.
Good English and Hindi communication skills
Assist the sales team in managing daily sales activities
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Prepare and maintain sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance tracking using MS Excel
Manage customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads
Update and maintain customer databases and records
Monitor sales orders and ensure timely service to customers
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Track and report on key sales metrics and targets
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction
Customer interaction: Handle client inquiries, provide sales support, and resolve customer complaints.
Data management: Enter and manage sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
