Job Description

:

The HR and Accounts Specialist will be responsible for efficiently managing human resources and accounting functions using modern tools and platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS, Zoho Books , and other relevant software to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

• Manage and maintain Zoho HRMS , including employee profiles, attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll processing through Zoho Payroll , including deductions, allowances, and statutory filings.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance evaluations.

Accounting and Financial Management:

• Use Zoho Books to maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure VAT and TAX filing compliance and handle audits as required.
• Process and monitor invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Generate insightful financial data and KPIs for decision-making purposes.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and workflows.
• Collaborate with management to prepare budgets and track financial goals.
• Use additional tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) for reporting or analysis as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive company records.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the UAE.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS, Zoho Books , and Zoho Payroll . Familiarity with QuickBooks , Tally , or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, VAT regulations, and TAX filing processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
