The HR Coordinator within the Administration department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources operations. This position will involve, but not be limited to, responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Assist in the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the management of employee benefits and compensation programs.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee files and databases.
Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documents.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping.
Preparation of employee Over Time sheet.
Updating and documenting timely renewal of labour accommodation and renewals.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
Co-ordination of pension payments and allaid documentation.
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and agreements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Other admin-related and supplier-related documentation.
