The Role

• We are looking for an HR Analyst to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation and employment trends. o HR Analyst responsibilities include but not limited to measuring attrition and turnover rates, prepare payrolls and compensation and benefits analysis. o Individual should have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions. o HR Analyst will also administer HR tasks that keep the business running.


Requirements

Requirements o Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation, and benefits. o Map out salary ranges for our open positions. o Calculate attrition, turnover and internal mobility rates. o Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs. o Forecast costs by department and help create budgets. o Analyse employees' answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys) o Assess results from our employee performance reviews and drive companies' performance management process. o Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company or vice versa and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures. o Analyse exit interview feedback. o Prepare monthly payroll & support HR Ops wherever necessary
