We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional. In this role, you'll manage all HR and administrative functions and provide support to our staff. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws. Manage payroll, benefits, and training programs. Handle administrative tasks such as office management Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in F&B Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
