Al Ajwa Restaurants is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing our HR strategies to support our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Design and implement training and development programs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and suggest improvement strategies.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
