This is a fantastic opportunity to gain HR exposure working with different stakeholders across the globe.This role will be part of the wider HR team and will be working from their Head Office in Dubai and will report directly to the Regional HR Director.The HR Advisor will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions. Administer employee benefits programs, specifically within educational industry. Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Full ownership of regional HR documentation and policies. Manage mobility processes from end-to-end. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational effectiveness.To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Administrative role. A bachelors degree in HR, or a related field. You hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UAE employment law. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
