The HR Administrator plays a key role in managing human resources operations, handling employee transactions, maintaining HR records, and ensuring payroll processing in Dubai, UAE. This role supports onboarding, benefits administration, visa processing, and compliance with UAE labor laws while contributing to HR engagement initiatives. Experience: 3-5 years in HR administration, with at least 1 year in a dedicated HR role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalentKey Responsibilities
- Process employee transaction requests for leave, salary advances, and entitlements through the HCM system
- Ensure timely processing and documentation of employee benefits and claims
- Handle employment visas, work permits, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE regulations
- Support the onboarding and exit processes, including clearance procedures and exit reports
- Manage travel bookings, consulate visas, travel insurance, and hotel arrangements for employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records, process payroll, and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Update and verify employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Assist in planning and coordinating HR engagement activities and motivational initiatives
- Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, contract renewals, and increments
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
- Support and implement new HR programs, training, and initiatives aligned with company culture
- Ensure all HR documentation is complete and meets regulatory and company standards
- Contribute ideas for enhancing HR engagement and process improvementsSkills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processing, and employee relations
- Experience handling immigration processes through GDRFA and ICP, as well as MoHRE systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
