We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and have a working knowledge of payroll, salary processing, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll and salary records.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Manage invoices related to HR expenses and services.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Coordinate meetings and support HR-related projects.
• Generate reports using Excel and PowerPoint for management.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all HR tasks.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with payroll processing and invoicing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with care.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
