We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking HR Admin to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. The HR Admin will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as maintaining HR records and databases.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain employee/company files and ensure that HR information systems are up to date.
- Support employee relations efforts by helping to address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with the offboarding process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Oversee sign-in/sign out of Company Kits and Equipment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
