Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for an

HR Administrator

to join our Engineering Consulting company.

What you will be doing:

Assist in job postings and recruitment processes. Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities. Prepare employment contracts and offer letters. Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal details, etc.). Process leave requests and ensure compliance with policies. Assist in absence management and return-to-work procedures.

What we are expecting from you:

Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE Fluent in English Must be available in UAE Excellent communication & negotiation skills
