Position: HR Administrator

Job Overview
The HR Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting all HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of the Human Resources department. The role involves maintaining employee records, processing payroll, assisting with recruitment, managing benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and other employment documentation.
• Ensure timely updates of employee status changes, including promotions, terminations, and transfers.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Support the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy of working hours, overtime, leave balances, and deductions.
• Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, housing allowances, transportation, and other benefits as per company policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks and reference verification.
• Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and provide support on issues related to contracts, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, including documentation related to visas, work permits, and employee contracts.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Training and Development:
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions for employees.
• Maintain records of employee training and development programs.
• Monitor training budgets and ensure timely processing of training requests.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain HR-related databases and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in the preparation of HR presentations.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the HR department runs efficiently on a daily basis.
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role, preferably in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or HRIS systems).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
