-Responsible for overall quality system in HR Department.
-Sourcing candidates via job online advertisements and recruitment agencies
-Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned department and background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
-Process monthly payroll for UAE and submit to accounts after approval.
-Medical insurance processing for all employees (end to end) Addition and Deletion as well. Also, dealing with various insurance agencies for the renewal quotations.
-Issuing Letter of Offer/ Intent/ Employment to the selected candidates.
-Maintain employee's leaves, (Sick Leaves, Casual Leaves, Emergency Leaves and Annual Leaves) medical and attendance record.
-Keeping track of employees' attendance or absenteeism and reporting to Senior HR Manager.
-Conducting orientation program and briefing to new employees.
-Conducting performance evaluations and appraisals at proper intervals.
-Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management's approval.
.-Preparing and maintain employee wages in Microsoft Excel.
-Maintain records of all employees both electronically & physically and create employee records on new joining and submit to accounts.
-Review, update and maintained proper filing such as employees medical insurance policies in Microsoft Excel.
-Recommend, draft, finalize and release policies which has to be adapted for the better work environment.
-Monitor attendance of staff weekly. Maintain records of leave balances, monthly through MS Excel.
-Send reminders of leave balance every 6 months to clear the annual leave.
-Coordinate for the errors of HR software, and apply the attendance thro admin login.
-Keeping track of employees attendance or absenteeism and report to Senior HR Manager.
-Visa processing both paperwork & online. -
Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
-Hiring new employees wherever the requirement is needed.
-Provide training and development to staff on best practices on change in role or new development within the organization
Qualification
-MBA graduate specializing in Human resources management
-2-3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Talent acquisition
