You will support the Dubai HR team in duties such as general HR admin, recruitment, posting job ads, updating HR databases and processing employees requests.An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You\'ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.Our HR administrator position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about Recruitment, HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.Ultimately, you will gain specialised HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions across MENA.High-level Responsibilities
Support Head of People with HR tasks
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leave)
Assist Head of People with leave recons
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees\' requests and provide relevant information
Assist in coordinating HR projects, meetings and training sessions
Collaborate with the Recruiters to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming CV's
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Assist in onboarding and inductions for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Place within the Organisation
Reports directly to the Head of People
Works closely with the People and Executive Administrator, Managing Director and the Operations Director
Forming part of the Dubai HR team as well as the Global People team
Working solely on the MENA regions
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
Minimum of 1 year proven experience working in recruitment and liaising with recruiters
Degree/diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
Working knowledge of Google Suite
Excellent computer literacy and experience with Google docs, sheets, slides and forms
Good working knowledge of UAE labour legislation and visa processes
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
