Vega Leader is seeking a dynamic and motivated Emirati administrative assistant to drive administrative tasks and provide the best work quality. Based in our office in Dubai, the successful candidate will achieve his KPIs and assist the management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
• Helping in HR tasks: Recruitments, Annual leave, sick leave, PH payment... .
• Documentation: Keeping a track and record of all the staff and company documents
• Answering inquiries of our staff and assisting in resolving any issue.
• Keep a track of our stock.
• Verify and make sure nothing is missing at the office.
• Assisting the management in different HR, Operations and administrative task.
• Email and phone communications.
• Preparing reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• High school or higher diploma
• Experience:
• No minimum experience is required, you will have a permanent follow-up from your management and will be trained on sales technics and product knowledge.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in English and other languages.
• Negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Committed and motivated to accomplish all your daily tasks from our office.
