The HR Administrator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing human resources (HR) programs and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. They play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals
• Manage the HR department and its team of employees
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs
• Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary action and terminations
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Liaise with PRO to renew offices licenses, employee visas and work permits
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in human resources management
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong experience in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
• Experience in employee training and development
• Experience in performance management
• Experience in benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
