The Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will support daily HR operations, manage employee records, and assist with various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient HR department.



Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, employment laws, and payroll processes.
