:Black & Grey HR is hiring a HR Admin for a leading automotive dealership in Dubai, UAE . This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of HR management systems. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing the HR functions ensuring the efficient management of HR tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee administrative HR responsibilities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.- Manage contracts and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.- Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.- Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decision-making processes.- Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies - Respond to employees queries. - Provide support in processing employees payroll, facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors, and ensure vacation and sick time are tracked.- Maintain and organize new employee orientation, training, and documentation.- Assisting newly joined employees with their contract signing, medical and issuance of labor card and residence visa.Requirements- Minimum 0-3 years experience in HR and Administrative functions in GCC- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
