3. Manage employee attendance, reward and punishment management. And investigate the implementation of exams, rewards and punishments by various departments
4. Establish and maintain employee rosters and personnel files, and update employee personal information and files in a timely manner
5. Responsible for the signing and daily management of labor contracts for all employees of the company
6. Assist superior leaders in writing, revising and implementing various personnel administrative rules and regulations
7. Participate in various working meetings of the department, actively participate in department management work, and propose improvements and efficiency
8. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, enter various information in a timely manner, and regularly organize data and prepare work reports for leaders

Skill requirements:
