HR Administrator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR functions of the restaurant, bar, and club. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building and maintaining a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administer employee benefits, time-off requests, and payroll coordination with the finance department.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support managers in handling employee relations issues and performance management processes.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff training and development programs.
• Monitor staff attendance and track employee working hours.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in hospitality or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems (experience with payroll systems is a plus).
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in human resources.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work in a vibrant and dynamic restaurant/bar/club setting.
