HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to manage employee benefits, including medical insurance and air ticket allowances, while overseeing essential HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth processing of insurance policies, renewals, and claims, as well as air ticket entitlements, while maintaining compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:



Administer employee medical insurance, including enrollments, renewals, cancellations, and claims processing. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely claim reimbursements. Monitor insurance policies to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Process and manage air ticket entitlements, including tracking eligibility, coordinating bookings, and ensuring timely reimbursements. Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, air ticket allowances, and employee benefits to ensure proper documentation and compliance. Assist in payroll by verifying employee benefits deductions, ensuring accurate WPS processing. Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate with PROs for government-related tasks. Manage employee records, including contracts, leave balances, and personal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support in resolving employee queries related to benefits, leave entitlements, and HR policies. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws in all HR processes, particularly regarding employee benefits. Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for cost-effective air ticket arrangements. Prepare HR reports on insurance coverage, claims status, and ticket utilization for management review. Assist in general office administration, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility services, and handling vendor agreements.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration, with a focus on insurance and employee benefits in a construction company in the UAE.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per month
