HIRINGS
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
TEAM PROFEESIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
• Coordinate and manage team training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
• Provide operational support for HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the team in maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and conducting audits.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database
• Act as a point of contact for employees with HR related inquiries and concerns
• Assist in the preparation of HR related reports and documentation
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Administration
• Minimum 3 year's UAE experience as HR Officer focusing on employee relations
• Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and employment regulations
• The ability to handle confidential information discreetly and with sensitivity
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in HR payroll, attendance management , PMS and operations, with specific experience in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
