Immediate joiners preferableNon-Indian nationals. :-Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the company's mission and goals.- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.- Prepares timely closure of payroll process.- Responsible for the performance review and appraisal cycles in accordance with the policies and procedures.- Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee relations issues.- Manage employee records, including personnel files and confidential information.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- At least 5 years experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role ideally in the UAE/ Abu Dhabi.- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Flexible and open minded.
