Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Admin Manager. He is responsible for managing administrative functions within the HR department and Business Center. He will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. Leveraging your extensive experience in the UAE market, you will lead HR operations, implement strategic HR policies, and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and the dynamic business environment of the UAE.
• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and proactively updating HR policies and procedures as necessary.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and onboarding of top talent.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and grievances effectively.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs, designing and implementing relevant programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll for employees across the organization.
• Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
• UAE Driver's License (3years) is mandatory
• Proven experience as an HR Resource with at least 10 years of work experience and Admin 5years in UAE is mandatory
• Fluent in English verbal and written communication skills is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all departments and management
• Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Strong Computer Literacy Skills and Tech savvy
• Strong Experience and knowledge with MS Office tools (Outlook/ Excel/ Word/ Power point)
• In-depth knowledge and updated with UAE Labor law Visas and Employment related matters and miscellaneous jobs related to UAE Government, Immigration Department, Ministry of Labor, and MOHRE.
