Job Title: HR and Admin Manager

Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Manager oversees all human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and office operations. The HR and Admin Manager plays a key role in creating a positive work environment and supporting the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Human Resources Management:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management processes, setting KPIs and facilitating performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and ensure a fair and positive work environment.
• Plan and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
• Conduct regular compensation analysis to maintain competitive salaries and benefits packages.
• Compliance and Legal Requirements:
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for labor inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
• Administrative Operations:
• Oversee office management and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage facilities maintenance, office supplies, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Organize company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Policy and Procedure Development:
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring they reflect best practices and are up-to-date.
• Communicate policies to employees and provide guidance on compliance and ethical standards.
• Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and employee engagement.
• Lead employee feedback programs, such as surveys and exit interviews, to gauge and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Support the creation and implementation of initiatives that reinforce company values and culture.
• Reporting and HR Metrics:
• Prepare regular HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and attendance, for management review.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data to support strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a similar HR and administrative role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and administrative best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a primarily office-based role with occasional requirements to travel to other company sites or attend external meetings. Standard working hours apply, with potential for extended hours based on operational needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
