• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations' human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.
• Handle payroll and performance evaluation systems

• Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with federal, MOL, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
• Providing all the HR data and reports as required, in coordination with the finance department.
