We are looking for a candidate who are having experience to work and take action independently.
Minimum 5 years experience required in UAE.
Minimum qualification Post Graduation/Graduation.
Key Responsibilities to handle:
1) Responsible to Monitor Recruitment & Onboarding
2) Responsible to monitor training and development plan for employee career growth
3) Responsible to monitor staff welfare activities to keep employees happy at work place
4) Responsible to monitor employee reward and recognition process
5) To responsible for manpower planning and leave planning.
6) Responsible to monitor employee attrition / retention.
7) Responsible to monitor Visa process (Onboarding, Renewal & Cancellation).
Employee Performance:
To monitor employee productivity and performance on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis and take necessary actions.
Training and Development:
To monitor employee training schedules.
To prepare monthly / yearly plan for employee career development program in coordination with other departments.
Staff Welfare Activities:
To monitor staff welfare activities (i.e. Birthday celebrations, Festival celebrations, Indoor and outdoor games and activities) and make employees happy at work place.
To encourage new ideas / Innovation in staff welfare.
Employee reward and recognition:
To monitor that staff is rewarded, recognition and appreciation on monthly and yearly basis based on performance.
Payroll:
Responsible to verify attendance timesheets on daily basis.
Responsible to verify shift roasters for all the departments.
To coordinate with accounts team for smooth payroll process.
Visa process:
Responsibility to verify visa process for new joiners, renewals and cancellation.
To coordinate with PRO for documentation for visa process (New Joiner, Renewals & Cancellation).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
