Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR): 1.Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. 2.Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Help to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 3.HR Administration: Manage employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records. Assist with performance management processes. Support the administration of employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 4.Training and Development: Assist in coordinating employee training programs.Administration: 1.Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. 2.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management and staff Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents. Manage company records, both digital and physical.Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. 3.Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. 4.Familiarity with labor laws and regulations. 5.Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 8.Ability to maintain confidentiality. 9.Ability to work independently and within a team.Min Experience:2 YearsSalary :AED 6000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :United Arab EmiratesPosted Date:March 14, 2025
