• Maintaining and updating employee records and databases
• Preparing and organizing HR-related documents and reports
• Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
• Publishing job ads and screening candidates
• Developing training materials and guidelines
• Responding to HR-related inquiries and issues
• Performing research and lead development work
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR & Admin matters
