• Assist in the recruitment process, scheduling & coordinating.
• Make sure attendance records are up to date for all employees.
• Update & maintain employee information.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
• Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain Etisalat records.
• Play an advisory role in creating and managing a lean and multi-skilled workforce.
• Ensure employees are informed and adhere to HR policies.
• Review and maintain all policies according to MOHRE and other UAE regulations.
• Assist in maintaining registration and deletion of staff in NAFIS and GPSSA portals.
• Coordinate with managers and organise training sessions for employees in various department
• Monitor employee insurance, travel, and other agreed benefits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Familiarity with NAFIS and GPSSA portals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR-related applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MOHRE and UAE labor laws.
