Job Description

Job Responsibilities



Daily office operations

Managing staff schedules, coordinating meetings,

Manage labor and visa processes, including renewals and new applications.

Handling attendance and supporting overall office administration.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).

Managing procurement processes and sourcing vendors

Proficiency in Audit requirements ( ICV and ISO )

Obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders

Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment (ISO certification compliance)

Check the company vehicle repair, registration or any other requirement

Providing basic IT support and troubleshooting technical issues with Group IT Dept

Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in HR and office administration

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity other HR and administrative software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is a strong advantage

A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
