HR Admin duties: Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling of inductions. Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system. Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures. Producing informative reports using the HR platform. Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits. Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality Familiarity with employment laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information
