Responsibilities:
Human Resources: Assist with recruitment processes by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers (similar to HR Administrator duties). Prepare offer letters and onboarding paperwork for new hires. Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS). Assist with employee relations tasks as needed (answering basic questions, processing simple requests). Marketing: Develop and manage social media content calendars, scheduling posts across various platforms. Create engaging social media content (text, graphics, or videos) to promote the company brand and services. Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and distribution. Support with website maintenance and content updates (may involve basic CMS skills). Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics. Additional Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for both departments, such as filing, data entry, and travel arrangements. Provide excellent customer service to both internal (employees) and external (potential customers) contacts. Stay up-to-date on HR policies and marketing trends. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or marketing support roles. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices (for marketing). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
