About the job HR Admin Assistant (Temp)Our client is an\xef\xbb\xbf independent consultancy that specializes in providing Project and Cost Management services.We are looking for an HR Admin Assistant (Temp) for a 3 to 4 months contract for a maternity cover.Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment processes including, prescreening CV and candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks .
Maintain the recruitment tracker.
Maintain accurate update to date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
Handle enquires from employees, such as providing salary certificate letters, salary transfer letters and experience letters
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions.
Qualifications:
\xef\xbb\xbfAt least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in the same field.
MS Office - Expert
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
