We are looking for a HR & Admin Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversees the human resources database. Ensures that system records are accurately recorded andcross checked.
• Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.
• Ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Process employment visa applications and verifications, Medical, and Emirates ID appointments.
• Hotels, Air ticket bookings and air port transport of employees.
• Submission and collection of documents in RAKEZ office
• Effective working relations exist with company personnel and Management is appropriately informed.
• To comply with company and HSE policies and procedures
• Any other duties, which the Managing Director, Admin. Manager and Production Head may require.
Qualifications
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Admin works preferred
Preferrably female candidates in Spouse visa
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
