We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile HR/Admin and Accountant/PRO Assistant to support our HR, accounting, and public relations operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR and Administration:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documentation.
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Accounting Support:
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Help maintain financial records and assist in monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting tasks.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets.
Public Relations and PRO Support:
• Coordinate with PRO for visa applications, renewals, and other legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of employee visas and assist with compliance requirements.
• Help prepare documents for government submissions and maintain communication with relevant authorities.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities to enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, accounting, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Experience with visa processing and related compliance.
