Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Officer to join our team in the Middle East. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with all visa and legal requirements for employees in the region, while supporting a wide range of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, a good knowledge of Workday and Excel, and excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
• Visa & Legal Compliance :
+ Manage and oversee the end-to-end process of work permits, residency visas, and other legal documentation for employees.
+ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and immigration regulations in the Middle East.
+ Liaise with government agencies and external vendors to ensure timely processing and renewal of work visas and related documentation.
+ Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for employee visa status, ensuring all documents are up to date and compliant.
• HR Support :
+ Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
+ Support employees with queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the implementation of HR initiatives.
+ Support in the preparation of HR reports and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
+ Assist with payroll data collection and ensure timely communication with payroll teams.
• Workday & Data Management :
+ Utilize Workday to update and maintain accurate employee records.
+ Ensure that all HR data in Workday is accurate, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
+ Use Excel for reporting and analysis of HR data as required.
• General HR Assistance :
+ Provide general administrative support for HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing employee files, and maintaining HR documentation.
+ Help facilitate employee training, development programs, and performance management processes.
+ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related projects as required.
• Communication & Collaboration :
+ Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, offering excellent customer service and assistance.

+ Collaborate closely with HR team members, management, and external partners to ensure seamless HR operations.
Qualifications:
• Education : A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience :
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of HR administration experience, preferably within the Middle East region.
+ Proven experience in managing visa and legal compliance processes for employees.
+ Familiarity with Workday or similar HR management software.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Skills :
+ Knowledge of labor laws and immigration regulations in the Middle East.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
