We are looking for a Strong , Bold and reliable HR & Accounts Executive to join our ambitious team!

Your job will be to provide support the work of HR department and managing the company accounts .
Job duties and responsibilities
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
• Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• To prepare monthly operating results, financial and management reports and full set of accounts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filing in systematic & timely manner.
• Handle daily accounts recording functions, monthly payment, bank reconciliation, data entries to the accounting system accurately.
• Regularly review customer balance and ensure payment in accruals are paid in a timely manner.
Job requirements
• Previous working experience as an HR / accountant for 2 years
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
• Knowledge of HR software (HRIS or HRMS and Recruitment Marketing platforms)
• Must be good with UAE labor laws
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Act as a reliable and supportive team member
• BS in human resources or similar relevant field
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Experience with recruitment marketing
