Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and training
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Manage the accounting function, including financial statement preparation, VAT filing etc.
Oversee payroll, accounts payable & accounts receivable.
Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision making
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Accounting & Finance
Proven experience in HR and Accounting, preferably in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and accounting principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Preferable female candidates
