Job Description

• Recruitment and Staffing : Posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations : Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Performance Management : Setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvement plans.
• Compensation and Benefits : Managing payroll, benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Training and Development : Organizing training sessions, professional development programs, and career advancement opportunities.
• Compliance : Ensuring the company adheres to labor laws and employment standards.
• Record Keeping : Maintaining employee records, handling confidential information, and managing HR data systems.

On top of these, assigned tasks can vary greatly depending on the company's needs. These might include special projects, policy development, or implementing new HR technologies.
