Job Overview Hotel Indigo in Oman is seeking a dedicated and organized Housing Officer to join our team. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing employee accommodations and ensuring a comfortable living environment for our staff. Job Responsibilities Oversee the allocation of employee accommodations and ensure fair and equitable distribution Maintain accurate records of occupancy and vacancies in employee housing Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate employee moves and transitions Inspect and maintain employee housing units to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality Address any maintenance issues or concerns in a timely manner Respond to employee inquiries and concerns related to housing Enforce housing policies and regulations to ensure compliance Assist with budgeting and forecasting for housing expenses Qualifications/Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Previous experience in housing management or a related field preferred Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in housing management or a related field Working Environments Office-based environment with interaction with colleagues and employees Visits to employee housing units for inspections and maintenance Varied tasks and responsibilities requiring adaptability and flexibility Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance coverage Retirement savings plan Employee discounts on dining and accommodations Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and employee satisfaction Salary Salary will be commensurate with experience.
