OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:
Report on work in uniform and on time.
Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned by direct reporting manager.
Prepare new arrival list and share with housekeeping & operations team.
Coordinate with recruiters for new joiner arrival list & promotion list.
Monthly audit of housing administrative files to make sure all records are up to date without any discrepancy.
Have good coordination with housing operation & engineering team.
Prepare monthly department communication slides.
Keep all administrative files up to date in record room.
Follow up daily Check in/outs & visitor record.
Handle incident reporting & Security briefing along with multi property assistant housing manager.
Update monthly roster on Oasys Payroll system
Update daily duty roster on Oasys and keep record of housing team vacation & PH.
Update housing occupancy on Oasys accommodation module and keep record up to date.
Work on assign projects by Housing Manager
Sharing monthly duty roster for housing team to HR for monthly payroll.
Participate in housing initiative & upgrade projects.
Participate in housing random inspections to make sure living standards are up to the audit point.
Monthly Dubai Municipality Audit to make sure all areas of housing are up to standard and not falling audit points.
Buyout housing allocation and room inspection.
Make sure all trackers (Promotion, Visitors, Family staying in, Vehicles & alcohol license) are up to date with correct record.
Participate in monthly room inventory and share the summery report with Housing Manager.
Monitor daily WDYT reported complains for both Hotels.
Report all malfunction of equipment, damage on the building or any breakage in the Associate Housing.
Help monitor the Rules and Regulations of the Associate housing and report any violation to the Housing Manager.
Make sure all housing administration record in system and files are update date.
Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas/hallways / toilets and other areas concern at all times.
Ensure that all the preventive maintenance, are reported to the Maintenance Supervisor for proper disposal.
Participate and help in the preparation of all recreational and social events at the Housing Sports activities.
Adopt and maintain friendly manner with all the Housing Associates.
Help in the periodical general cleaning and vacated rooms and other extra responsibilities.
To ensure high quality of hospitality and positive concern to each associates.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Housing Manager.
