Housekeeping Supervisor (female)
Job Description
oLiaise with the Client's representative.
oCommunicate to the next Senior level important aspects of customer visits and discussion.
oEnsure cleaning work specifications are completed on the deadlines allocated.
oInspect the quality of work daily and assess the overall cleaning standard according to the contract specification.
oSolve technical and abnormal operational problems.
oInstruct cleaning staff to focus attention on areas of contracts where problems are reported.
oMonitor the work performance of the cleaning team.
oEnsure proper service record of equipment at project.
oTrain and develop cleaning staff.
oEnsure adequate staffing levels within the project as agreed.
oMotivate cleaning personnel by encouragement and counselling of problems.
oAssess the performance of cleaning personnel.
oPlan leave of cleaning personnel.
oDiscipline of cleaning personnel.
oApply formal disciplinary procedures against cleaning personnel in case of breach of conduct, refusal to obey instructions, or poor performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
