Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to staff.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure company standards and policies adherence.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ordering as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management or related field education is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
