Urgently looking for Housekeeping Supervisor (Residential tower home experience)

Requirements:

• Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa is required
• Immediate Joining - No notice period
• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is required
• Age Maximum 35 Years Old
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Inspect guest rooms regularly to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
• Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Screening housekeeping applicants and recommending promotions, transfers, and dismissals.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping operations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Making sure the inventories are maintained
• All arrival pre-works are done
• Driving license is a must

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Proficiency in English language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
