Diploma | Degree in Hotel Management
5 - 7 Years experience in hospitality industry out of which 3 years in similar role
Good Communication in English, Arabic will be added as an advantage.
Service Oriented Team ManagementDUTIES
Establishes standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
Assigns workers their duties and inspect their work to make sure specified standards of cleanliness is maintained in all locations.
Conducts orientation training and in-service training for cleaners and housekeepers to explain about work procedures as well as demonstrate the usage and maintenance of equipments.
Take stock inventory to make sure sufficient stock is available.
Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
Requesting the materials for the various locations on frequent timely basis and whenever necessary
Keeping data regarding work assignments, personnel actions and prepare periodic reports.
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in case of employees absence.
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that may occur in the job.
Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
