Job Description

: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1800 AED per month
Duty Hours: 12 hours/day
Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Allocate tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to enhance efficiency and quality of work.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally and promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Ability to work long hours and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
