The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Efficiently clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment.

• Public Area Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms, ensuring they are immaculate and well-presented.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies as needed, reporting any maintenance or supply issues to the supervisor.

• Guest Requests: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional amenities, extra linens, or special needs.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s cleanliness and quality standards.

• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred, but not required.

• Minimum 1 -2 years experienced.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items as needed
