Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff for a Restaurant/bar/lounge to join our team and help us achieve our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant/lounge/bar, including dining areas, restrooms, and common areas, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, restocking supplies as needed.
• Guest Areas:
• Maintain cleanliness in all guest areas, ensuring tables, chairs, and other furnishings are clean and properly arranged.
• Attend to spills and other cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Monitor and report on inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request new supplies as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the kitchen, serving, and management teams to ensure a seamless operation.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events or special functions as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles preferred.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
